Rouge Pebbles

Heeellooo!!!
As I told you last week, I couldn’t wait to start this one and here’s the reason why. On thursday I went to Madrid to the Young Designers National Awards organized by ANDE association. It was like a dream, what a beautiful experience! I could meet wonderful people over there, the awesome bloggers Mayte from Long Blond, Carla from Lemon’s Pink and Beatriz from Boucle Vintage. I hope we meet up again soon, they are really kind people 😉
I will show you the pictures from the gala next week because I have so many photos to sort up and too little time 😦
On friday we spent the day around Madrid and we had a stroll around Retiro park. I had been in Madrid quite a few times before, but I hadn’t been there since I was little and I didn’t remember anything at all. It is an awesome place and you can do whatever; running, have a stroll, walk the dogs… There’s plenty of people but it’s still so nice. If you go to Madrid, you gotta visit it, you’ll love it!

This was the look I chose to go around the city. As usual in me with a boho touch, I paired up an ethnic patterned dress with a long cardigan. What I love most of the dress is the detail of the flounce in the sleeves, it makes the basic line of the dress look totally different. The burgundy cardigan keeps the shades of the dress and matches perfectly 🙂
In the moment I put on the booties I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to walk all day with them, because they’re almost new and they could hurt my feet. Nothing further from the truth!! They were absolutely comfy and I felt no pain at all!!

As for the accessories, I couldn’t miss a hat (of course) and a clutch that I showed you in this post. I also mixed a long necklace with two tiny ones and loved the result 😀

It has been an unforgettable weekend indeed, I will tell you more in the next post!

Holaaaa!!
Como ya os dije la semana pasada, estaba deseando empezar esta y he aquí el porqué: el jueves asistí en Madrid a los Premios Nacionales a Jóvenes Diseñadores de la mano de la asociación ANDE. Fue como un sueño, ¡una experiencia preciosa! Además pude conocer a gente maravillosa, las bloggers Mayte de Long Blond, Carla de Lemon’s Pink y Beatriz de Boucle Vintage. Espero que volvamos a coincidir pronto porque son personas geniales 😉 La semana que viene os enseñaré las fotos y os contaré cómo fue el evento; ahora tengo mil fotos que organizar y nada de tiempo 😦
El viernes pasamos el día por Madrid y aprovechamos para pasear por el parque del Retiro; porque aunque ya había estado en Madrid varias veces, no iba a este parque desde que era pequeña y no me acordaba de nada. Es enorme y un lugar genial donde puedes hacer lo que quieras: correr, andar, pasear al perro… Hay muchísima gente pero aun así sigue siendo fantástico. ¡Si vais a Madrid, no dudéis en visitarlo porque os encantará!

Este fue el outfit que elegí para recorrer la ciudad. Muy típico en mí, un toque boho, combiné un vestido de inspiración étnica con un cardigan largo. Lo que más me gusta del vestido son los volantes que tiene en las mangas, hacen que el vestido básico parezca diferente. Además, el cardigan granate sigue los tonos del vestido y queda perfecto 😉
En el momento en el que me calcé los botines no estaba segura si iba a aguantar todo el día con ellos, porque son prácticamente nuevos y tenía miedo de que me hicieran daño. ¡Pero nada más lejos de la realidad! ¡Son súper súper cómodos y estuve encantada!

En los accesorios no podía faltar el sombrero (por supuesto) y este clutch que ya os había enseñado en otra ocasión. También mezclé un collar largo con un par de collares pequeños y, la verdad, me gustó mucho el resultado 😀

Ha sido un fin de semana inolvidable, ¡la semana que viene os contaré más¡

Joandako astean esan nizuen bezala, aste berria hasteko irrikaz nengoen eta hara hor zergatia: ostegunean Madrilen Gazte Diseinatzaileen Sarietan egon nintzen, ANDE elkarteak antolatuak. Amets bat izan zen, esperientzia paregabea! Gainera jende aparta ezagutu nuen, blogger apartak: Mayte Long Blond-etik, Carla Lemon’s Pink blogetik eta Beatriz Boucle Vintage-tik. Espero dut laster berriz topatzea, pertsona izugarriak direlako 😉 Hurrengo astean erakutsiko dizkizuet argazkiak eta gehiago kontatuko dizuet, orain hamaika argzki ditut antolatzeko eta denbora eskasa 😦
Ostirala Madrilen igaro genuen eta Retiro parkera joateko aprobetxatu genuen. Aurretik Madrilen egon naizen arren, ez nintzen parke honetan egon txikia nintzenetik eta ez nuen ezer gogoratzen. Oso leku polita da eta edozer egin dezakezu: korrika egin, ibili, txakurra atera,… Jendetza izugarria dago baina, hala ere, ederra da benetan. Edonoiz Madrilera bazoazte, parkea bisitatu behar duzue, txundituta utziko zaituzte!

Honako hau izan zen hirian zehar ibiltzeko. Ohikoa denez, boho kutsu batekin, inspirazio etnikoko soineko bat eta cardigan luze bat konbinatu nituen. Soinekotik gehien gustoko dudana mahuketako parpailak dira, soineko basikoa guztiz ezberdina bihurtzen dutelako. Gainera, Borgoña koloreko cardigan luzeak soinekoaren tonuak mantentzen ditu eta ederto egiten du bat 😉
Botinak jantzi nituenean, ez nengoen ziur egun osoa eraman ahal izango banituenentz; ia erosi berriak dira eta min egingo zidatelakoan nengoen. Baina ez zen horrela izan, oso-oso erosoak dira eta poz-pozik ibili nintzen egun osoan!!

Akzesorioei dagokionez, kapela beharrezkoa zen (noski) eta beste batean erakutsitako clutch-a aukeratu nuen. Bastalde, lepoko luze bat pare bat lepoko txikiekin batu nituen eta emaitza benetan atsegin dut 😀

Astebukaera ahaztezina izan da, hurrengo astean gehiago ikusiko duzue!
