How was your week?
As I told you in the last post, I was spending some days in Munich last week.
The city was beautiful, I loved the old part of it where we made a walking tour. I think the building I liked most was the Neues Rathaus (New Townhall) which is stunning and it has a carillon clock in the façade.
There’s a tall tower in St Peter’s Church from where you can see the whole city and if you’re lucky (unfortunately, we weren’t) you can also get to see the Alps.

It was freezing cold in Munich so I couldn’t show you any outfit. You can see I was all bundled up to fight the cold in the streets. You know tourism equals to walking nonstop, so we had to be prepared.
Last Sunday we went to Salzburg for the day. It is a lovely city where Mozart was born. There’s an amazing fortress in the top of the mountain where you can overlook the city.
In Salzburg there’s also a huge cathedral and next to it, a charming cementery and catacombs. It may sound creepy, but believe me, it’s a breathtaking sight 😉

¿Qué tal la semana?
Como ya os dije en el último post, la semana pasada estuve unos días en Munich.
Es una ciudad preciosa, me encantó sobre todo la zona antigua, donde hicimos un tour a pie. Creo que el edificio que más me gustó fue el Neues Rathaus (Nuevo Ayuntamiento), es impresionante y en la fachada hay un reloj de carrillón enorme.
Cerca del ayuntamiento hay una torre muy alta que pertenece a la iglesia de St Peter, desde donde se puede ver la ciudad entera y si tienes suerte (nosotros no la tuvimos), se pueden ver los Alpes.
Hacía muchísimo frío así que no pude enseñaros ningún outfit. Como podéis ver iba como una cebolla con mil capas para el frío. Ya sabéis que el turismo es igual a largas pateadas, así que había que abrigarse bien bien.
El domingo fuimos a Salzburgo a pasar el día. Es una ciudad muy bonita y allí nació Mozart. Hay una fortaleza en la cima de una colina y se ve la ciudad entera desde allí.
En Salzburgo también hay una catedral enorme y junto a ella, un cementerio y unas catacumbas que son fascinantes. Puede sonar un poco raro, pero de verdad que merece la pena verlos 😉

Bueno, de todas formas, una imagen vale más que mil palabras, así que ¡aquí os dejo mis recuerdos de Munich!

Azkeneko post-an esan nizuen bezala, joan den astean Munich-en egon nintzen.
Oso hiri polita da eta alde zaharra atsegin nuen batez ere, non tour bat egin genuen oinez. Gehien gustatu zitzaidan eraikina Neues Rathaus (Udaletxe Berria) izan zela uste dut, ikaragarria da eta aurrealdean kariloi-dun erloju bat du.
Udaletxetik hurbil St. Peter-eko elizan dorre altu bat dago eta bertatik hiri oso ikus daiteke. Gainera, zorteduna bazara (guretzako ez zen horrela izan) Alpeak ikus daitezke.
Ezin izan dut outfit-ik erakutsi, hotz izugarria egiten baitzuen Munich-en. Ikus dezakezuenez hamaika mila kapa neramatzan hotzari aurre egiteko. Badakizuenez, turismoak ibilaldi amaigabeak dakartza, beraz ondo prestatu behar ginen.
Igandean Salzburgora joan ginen egunpasan. Hiri ederra da benetan eta bertan Mozart jaio zen. Muino baten tontorrean gotorleku polit bat dago, hiria ikus daitekeenetik.
Katedral handi bat dago Salzburgon eta horren ondoan, hilerri eta katakonba xarmangarriak aurkitzen dira. Pixkat arraroa dirudien arren, benetan merezi du ikusteak 😉

Dena den, irudi bakar batek mila hitzek baino gehiago esaten dute, hortaz, hona hemen Munich-eko oroitzapenak!
